The RT came back in about 1:00 AM and removed the mask from Courtney and turned off the CPAP. She replaced that with a nasal cannula with no pressure support, just oxygen at 2.5 liters volume. Her O2 SATs were at 96 from the beginning and went up to 99 at 1:15 and were still around 96 at 2:30. The RT just finished her CPPD at 3:10 and her O2 SATs are still at 96 lying on her left side. She was lying on her right side most of the night.
I am going to rest a little now and will update later this morning if there are any changes.
